Unfortunately we do not accommodate 16th, 18th or 21st birthday parties or events that are solely for these age groups.

We have a resident caterer with a 5-star hygiene certificate that can provide food for all different events/occasions, therefore we do not allow any outside caterers or your own food to be brought onto the premises.

Only drinks purchased on site may be consumed on the premises .

All bookings require a 50% deposit of the room hire charge fully refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the date of your function, none refundable thereafter, along with an additional £100 deposit fully refundable AFTER your event to cover any damage or any food or drink consumed on the premises that has not been supplied or bought from the premises.

Reductions in the hall hire charges may be available for regular long term commitments.

The hall can be hired for £20 per hour Monday - Thursday from 9am - 4pm if no bar is required.

For an evening function where the hall is required from 7pm to midnight the charge will be £150.
